What information is needed to place an order?
That really depends on WHAT you’re ordering. Generally speaking we need to know the
- Item number
- Quantity (keep in mind there are minimums on some items)
- The color of the item you want
- The colors of the imprint & where you want the imprint to go
- When you’ll need the item (in your hands date)
- Method of payment
- Your artwork (please see the artwork page for requirements)

What if I don’t have a Logo?
Our ART Dept. can create a professional looking Logo for you. Please refer to our services page

What kind of artwork do I need?
Vectored electronic files! These are usually created in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. They are NOT WEB based files with extensions such as: .GIF, .TIF,. TIFF, .JPEG (please refer to our artwork requirements page for specific needs)

What is vectored ART?
VECTOR files use the Postscript™ language to render the contours of a design’s graphic objects, including text. It then adapts these contours automatically to a design’s resolution (quality). This is what allows us to blow up your artwork to any size needed without it Pixalating (looks like stair steps)

Can you do color matching?
Most of the time we can. We use the industry standard Pantone Color system. Just supply the Pantone Numbers. However, we can save you money by using standard ink colors that are very close to your colors. We would be happy to guide you. FYI.. But,there are some items that only come in standard colors!

Can I get credit?
Our policy is 50% down at the time of order, balance upon delivery. We work with the accounting departments for Corporate Customers.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa & MasterCard. Sorry, but American Express is not accepted.

I want to advertise but what do I do if I don’t know what product I want?
Let one of our representatives contact you. We’ll be glad to help you find something within any budget that will help you grow your business.

How long will it take to get my product?
We can usually deliver within 10-15 working days after artwork approval. Delivery factors include number of colors, size of order, and where blank product ships from since we do not keep stock on hand (ps: we know you’re in a hurry so often times beat this schedule) IF you absolutely need it sooner, rush charges may be incurred to guarantee early delivery.

Can I provide the item and you just print it?
Unfortunately we can not accommodate using customer supplied products since we can’t guarantee the quality of that item.

Can I return goods?
We can not accept printed items for credit. If there is a error in workmanship of your order, we will of course rectify it. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of product. Contact us at customer service @heritage-printers.com or by calling us at (408) 386-5546
